The Royal Watan are pioneers in Kashmiri cuisine in Birmingham and since opening in 1984 - we have gone from strength to strength. Using fresh ingredients, our experienced chefs will make you the tastiest Balti, using their experience and knowledge to ensure every bite is as sumptuous as the next.

Kashmir is known for it's Balti style of cooking - meat, seafood, poultry and vegetables mixed with selected Balti spices and herbs then cooked and served directly in a cast iron pan! Balti cooking imparts a unique taste to the dishes - quite unlike other cuisines!
