What we collect

When you send an event or catering request, or join our V.I.P email list, the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, event details and notes) are sent to our restaurant management system provided by Grate / FoodAmigos. We use event and catering details only to reply to your request and arrange your event, and V.I.P list details to send you offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Table bookings are handled by OpenTable, and online orders, rewards and coupons by our online ordering platform. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply.

Maps and third-party content

Our map is only loaded from Google Maps when you choose to show it. Google may then process your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
